I only have it in 192kbps. You can reach out to DMFanTrade on soundcloud. He had both Paper Monsters and Hourglass Instrumentals in WAV. If you have something to trade, I think it's your only chance to get the albums (especially the more rare hourglass).

P.S I'm afraid you'll have to download the tracks one by one as I don't have them uploaded elsewhere. And I should also tell you that some of the songs have even lower quality 64-128kbps if you look at the spectrogram.

В основном это винил или промо CD, особой редкости не представляет, кроме 3 трэков их еще не удалось найти в лослес качестве, либо на физических носителях, я думаю это начнут издавать, когда ДМ перестанут существовать
